ive finished my fast as i started to feel quite ill and my parents said stop! but i just checked the scales and..................... i lost 12lbs!! in 6days! seriously guys this fast is a definate! im going to do it again around xmas!!!
 
 
 
 
 
 
right so i am on my 4th day of my lemon detox/maple syrup diet/ master cleanse lol! ive not cheated in any way! which im chuffed about :D! but i am starting to miss food :x!! ive just got to stay away from the kitchen and keep busy!!!

on a positive note my jeans are loser and my collarbones are becoming more visible :D:D:D!
 
 
 
 
 
 
so i started the maple syrup diet, also known as the master cleanse! and so far so good!! i had a slight headache last night but sleep cured that one! not sure how much weight has disappeared! im going to check that when i finish! im doing the cleanse for 7 days! as its my first real fast and im determined to complete this one!!
the drink really isnt that bad! ive tasted nicer things but i dont gag everytime i have some.
i go to uni and work tomorrow so we'll see how i get on with a busy day on just the juice!

Right, ok! im starting my maple syrup diet tomorrow, also known as the Master Cleanse detox. you can lose 28lbs in 14 days! im doing it for 7 days! we'll see how it goes!! may do it again after!

OH MY GOD! ok ive hit an all time high! this summer i started on a new pill, its increased my appetite and i have ballooned to 150lbs!!! i may as well just kill myself now!! that increases the amount i have to lose to reach my goal! i now have to lose 40lbs! this isnt going to work!

what have i done to become so fat and hideous!!! why me!

ok so i started the ABC diet yesterday, was suppose to have 500 cals but i think i messed up! not 100% sure tho, today im doin 300 cals, for lunch im going to have a ham salad sandwich which is about 300 cals, it will have no dressing or butter on it just a couple of pieces of ham = 30 cals, two pieces of bread =182 cals and some lettuce and cucumber (1 lettuce leaf = 1 cal, 52g of cucumber = 8 cals). ok so that actually equals 221! but hey thats good!!

i also did 200 jumping jacks and skipped using my skipping rope 200 times, plus i have work later at 4 until 9 which involves me running around, then i will get the bus that stops no where near me and walk home :D

im feeling quite happy!!
 
 
 
 
 
 
ok so ive started the ABC diet today but i think i over did it, so im starting right tomorrow! ive also got a new ticker so lets hope it helps me track my weight better and help me lose the weight!!

 
 
 
 
 
 
ok so last weekend i said id do a fast and completely messed it up by eating a load of rubbish! i cant believe it im soo weak!!! i did a little better today, ive had a two cubes of cheese and 2 bananas and walked home from my boyfriends! i still feel really fat tho! i just dont seem to be loosing weight and then i feel depressed so then i eat!! how can i loose weight???
aaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!
